Having to pick up the phone for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 48 weeks of the year is bound to take its toll on telesales people, and as with face to face sales people our performance slips. In many cases this drop in performance is created from one thing and one thing only "WE STOP DOING THE BASICS", we stop doing the fundamental things that have served us so well for so long because we feel they are no longer necessary.
Let’s face facts, a pure telesales role is a tough job, and sometimes being able to refocus our actions can be the perfect remedy to improve individual performance.
prosect have developed a sales basics course for experienced telesales people. It is not designed to teach them a whole new way of selling, nor is it a course to provide them with pages and pages of tips and hints to improve their sales fortunes.
Simply, it is a course designed to re-open sales peoples’ eyes to what they are no longer doing and to develop the good things they are doing.
